HACKNEY CARRIAGE POLL

I was interested to see on the poll that someone voted 'I Don't Care' I find that hard to believe and would bet that person has at sometime or another sat in a long queue or way back on the Datahead and the thought has crossed his mind 'There's TooManyTaxis'



I also think our Taxis are very boring 'Black , Black & more Black' our Taxis should be strong Visual focal point of the area an interesting part of the locality in which they work. Gotta go but I will come back to this....

Welcome to the forum Martin, good post. I reckon the person who voted "I don't care" might have been the person who was taking part in the TAXI SURVEY and fell asleep in Tynemouth.

Re taxi colour, please dont put ideas into those idiots that govern us, if they had their way we would all be wearing clowns hats with taxi written on it !!!! Being serious, i recently read somewhere that Durham (I think) won a case against the council regarding taxi colour, the council appealed and still lost... so if anyone has an issue with colour, lets take the council on, cos as you may have noticed it is getting harder and harder to find a black car, unless you buy brand new.
